I'm pround to be Cambodian because it gives me hte chance to cook European and Asian foods
and to travel overseas to do the same. I can show Cambodian food to the world, and learn about other foods as well.
Here, I have a lot of staff that I train in the cooking skills I have learnt during my career. If Cambodain cheafs can master
the right skills they can travel abroad and earn a hight income. And the local job maket for Cambodian chefs is also booming.
In the past in Cambodian, we looked down on chefs as being in the worst kind of job.
Since I became a chef, I've always tride to learn new cooking skills from each colleague I worked with.
And that showed me htat a good chef needs to have a broad knowlege of different cuisines and techniques.
i think Indian food is hardest to cook because of the many different ingredients But its still
posible to master if you try. the most important thing is to cook food that delights our hotel's customer.
